Shipping & Returns

To submit your return request please contact us. 

You will receive an email confirming your request.

Returns received at our warehouse without a Return Authorisation will be refused.

You can request a return within 14 days from the order delivery date.

Before shipping back your return, please ensure that the item is never been worn, in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all tags.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance or we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse a late return or refund for an item already worn, which is not; in its original condition, in its original packaging and without all its tags

You will receive a refund within 5 days from the receipt of your returned item.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
